How it started
2009. A client with a platform that crashed on every traffic spike. The big players did not want to help. Too new. Too complex.
We did.
Not because we were bigger or had more people, but because we understand technology and simply enjoy solving problems.
That client is still with us. So is the pattern: someone calls with something no one else wants to touch. We dive in. And stick around.
Twenty years later, most clients are still here. Not because of contracts or lock-in, but because it just works.
What drives us
Not our mission statement, but what clients tell us after twenty years when we ask why they stay.
Communication
We thought clients stayed because we are technically so good. Client research shows: they take the tech for granted. What they really value is that we are honest, call back, and speak plain language.
Transparent
If something cannot be done, we say so. If we make a mistake, we say that too. No corporate PR, no paragraphs of excuses. Period.
All-in
We go all the way or not at all. No half services. All or nothing. If we manage your environment, we manage it, from monitoring to migration.
The gray area
"My server is running." "It works on my machine." You have a white page. We sit right between dev and ops and take that gray area off your hands. We can do that because we have been working with developers for twenty years.
Part of the community
We don't believe in silos. As a member of the Dutch Cloud Community, we share knowledge, collaborate with peers and contribute to the Dutch cloud industry.
